The monthly membership fee is up to $14.99. A bill payment fee of 1% of your total rent is also charged, additional card processing fees apply when using a credit card.

Yes, renter's insurance is required. We offer a policy for $10.95 per month, but you can also provide your own policy that meets our requirements to avoid this charge.
